International Food Hall Consulting

As the fastest-growing food hall management company in the United States, we have extensive experience overseeing international food hall projects.

Developing a new food hall concept requires precise market analysis, strategic vendor selection, thoughtful design, effective branding, and seamless operation. That’s where we come in.

We combine a passion for food with industry-leading operational expertise to transform your vision of a world-class food hall into reality.

Our Process:

Every successful project begins with understanding your vision. We kick-off with a comprehensive discussion to understand your business objectives, the type of food hall you envision, your budget, and timeline. This initial meeting helps us gain an in-depth understanding of your needs.

From that conversation, we’ll begin to refine the scope of your project, and which services would be most beneficial to your team. With over 40 years of collective experience, our team is well versed in assisting with solutions like:

  • Market Research
  • Location Scouting
  • Vendor Selection

AteAteAte

ATE ATE ATE is the newest property in the collection of unique destinations owned by the Windfall Group and will be operated by the outstanding team at Hospitality HQ. Our food hall is part of a new development at Burnsville Center, a popular community hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment that first opened in 1977. Burnsville Center itself is under new ownership and is being updated and revitalized in ways that will reflect today’s lifestyle preferences for an exciting new gathering place. The new food hall aims to bring international cuisine with nine diverse vendors, a central bar, and Enson Market, an Asian supermarket.
