The Local Eatery + Bar

The Local Eatery & Bar is Salt Lake City’s most exciting dining destination, featuring 7 artisan culinary concepts, a craft bar, and an exciting event space. Located in the heart of Downtown Salt Lake City, The Local Eatery & Bar is nestled within The Exchange, a $110 million mixed-use development in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah that features a diverse mix of residential anchored by The Local, retail space, and the next location for The Shop co-working platform. The project is a joint venture between Domain Companies and Salt Lake City-based developer, Giv Development. The 7,500 SF culinary collective opened in 2023.

Patchwork Restaurant & Bar

Nestled in the bustling Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia, Patchwork is a culinary tapestry of restaurant, bar and market on the second floor of The Hyatt Centric Hotel. Operated by Hospitality HQ with Chef Mark Williams at the helm of the kitchen, Patchwork is the perfect spot to bookend the perfect day in Philadelphia. Patchwork focuses on new American cuisine, serving breakfast, brunch, and dinner. Our convivial bar features a plethora of rotating local brews on draft, global wines, as well as signature cocktails crafted by in-house mixologists. You’ll get a true Philadelphian experience with design elements that give a nod to the Quaker roots of the region and a menu inspired by the flavors that can be found cooking in the kitchens of local row homes.

Alta Calidad

Alta Calidad (Spanish for “high quality”) is an innovative Mexican restaurant located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Helmed by award winning chef, Akhtar Nawab, ACBK is the winner of the 2018 Michelin Bib Gourmand Award. 

Dr. Murphy’s Food Hall

Dr. Murphy’s Food Hall is a 10,500-square-foot facility located within the former Cook County Hospital on Chicago’s Near West Side, in the country’s largest urban medical district. DMFH is part of a $1B restoration project and features 10 vendors, an outdoor dining patio and Doc’s Bar.

Lyric Market

Spanning an entire city block, the highly anticipated Lyric Market stands proudly next to the iconic Lyric Tower and sets the stage for a 7,500 SF deck, communal plaza, and street-side terrace. The striking multi-story structure features a collection of chef-driven concepts to showcase a curated experience of diverse food and culture.

Solaire Social

Solaire Social is Silver Spring’s highly anticipated culinary collective opening in Spring 2024. The 13,000 SF dining destination, bar, and Top Golf Suite will feature a collection of 11 artisan concepts from across the globe, curated by award-winning chef and restaurateur, Akhtar Nawab. Solaire Social lives by the motto “Eat. Drink. Be Social.” — a destination focused around community, providing a stage for chef-driven concepts to showcase a curated experience enriched by diverse food, culture and entertainment.

Chancery Market

The Chancery Market is Wilmington, Delaware’s highly anticipated dining destination. The 12,000 SF culinary collective and bar opened in 2022 and features dining experiences from around the world. Located in Wilmington’s central business district, The Chancery Market is a $5 million project undertaken by the ownership of 1313 N. Market St. The Chancery Market provides an incredible food and beverage amenity and outdoor space for more than 2,000 tenant employees of the office building, hundreds of hotel guests, and thousands of residents.
