Rock Row is the highly anticipated 550-seat, 26,000 sq. ft. Food Hall coming to Rock Row in Westbrook, Maine in 2023. HHQ has partnered on the project with Waterstone Properties, owners of the 110-acre, $600 million Rock Row development.
